The Zoo is Temporarily Closed
What is affected?
The closure affects regular Zoo hours, after-hours events including ZooLights and on-site programs such as Behind-the-Scenes Adventures.
How can I refund or re-schedule my tickets?
Guests that have purchased tickets affected by the closure can contact the Zoo at 559-498-5921 or firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule or refund their purchase. General admission tickets remain valid for one year from the date of purchase, so guests can also contact the Zoo to re-schedule their visit upon re-opening.
How can I refund or re-schedule my Behind-the-Scenes Adventure or Early Bird Tour?

Will my membership be extended for the length of the closure?
Fresno Chaffee Zoo members will have the option to extend their membership for the length of the closure or donate that time to the Zoo. Our Membership Department will have more information as we confirm the details of our re-opening.
How will I know when the Zoo is re-opening?
We will not be able to re-open until the stay home order is lifted. Please continue to check our website, www.fresnochaffeezoo.org
